Hello iParents!
We hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving holiday. School is back in session on Monday and we're making a few announcements.
All iRiders must have a mask on before entering any company vehicle to prevent the spread of any unexpected illness. Your iCareDriver will NOT be able to transport your iRider without a mask on. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you're iRider tuition payment is currently. unpaid as of now, we unfortunately will not be accepting any further payments on late accounts. All tuition notices were sent out and viewed based on our system report. You will need contact your children school to remove our company off your child's pickup/dropoff list. We will NOT reinstate any past due or accounts that has been late more than allotted.
If your iRider will be be absent from school, checked out early, or etc. You MUST notify us atleast 2 hours in advance to prevent the iCareDriver from running a "blank trip" there is an additional $25 "blank trip fee" that will be charged to your upcoming tuition if this happens.
