Important iParent/iRider Notice🔔
Attention iParents/iRiders the information outlined below is also stated in the parent agreement forms completed during the initial registration process.
If your iRider has excessive late tuition payments/fees services will be terminated after the 3rd late fee is marked on your iRiders account.
If your iRiders services are cancelled due to nonpayment or breach of two week notice clause your child will be INELIGIBLE for future services. Nonnegotiable. A two week notice is required to leave with your account in “Good Standing”.
If your iRider receives three NCNS fees (No Contact/NoShow) services will be terminated and you’ll be INELIGIBLE for future services. A 2 hour notice is mandatory if your child will be absent, no pickup is required, checked out early, etc.
All late fees, NCNS fees, Route change fees or etc are considered DUE IMMEDIATELY to continue use of our services. Nonnegotiable.
Our software allows us to easily keep track of iRiders accounts, late tuition payments, excessive NCNS fees, and more. Please contact our office ahead of time to make us aware of any unexpected changes or issues as it relates to your child’s account.
We understand that certain circumstances are beyond any of our control and we will always consider each situation with grace. We must adhere to the policies and procedures that are outlined in our parent agreement, handbook, or etc to ensure our company stability is maintained.
