iParents MUST CHECK portal daily for important messages.

🚨Attention iParents🚨


Hello, iParents,


First, I’d like to personally apologize for the mishaps caused by the communication method confusion. As you all know, we take what we do seriously and the safety of our iRiders is the most important part of our day to day operations.


Also, I want to reiterate that checking your iParent Portal daily is a part of your parent agreement with iCommute Kids. We sent out a mass email and iParent Portal notification on Monday that was very important as it related to Fridays route schedules.


The iParent Portal is our direct means of contact in regard to important information that pertains to your iRider.


Although, we sometimes notify you about pickup/drop-off notifications, tuition discounts, or when there’s a need for immediate contact, we will NOT send out sensitive company related information through text messages.


The email address on your iRiders registration form is the email where all your direct messages from us will go, the same information will be sent in your iParent Portal message box on our website or app.


We are NOT responsible for missed messages, due to non checking of emails, iParent Portals, or etc.


We appreciate you all for choosing iCommute Kids and we’re looking forward to continuing serving you and your family. Let’s work together to ensure we are all upholding our ends of the service agreement.
